Feedback on Screenplays

Whether you’re working on your first short film or wrestling with a feature-length script, I’ll help you get your screenplay where it needs to be. Screenwriting has its own unique challenges – the structure is different, the format matters, and what reads well on the page doesn’t always translate to what works on screen.

I understand the specific demands of screenwriting. Your three-act structure needs to hit the right beats, your characters need arcs that work visually, your dialogue has to sound natural when spoken aloud, and your pacing needs to keep viewers engaged without dragging or rushing.

I’ll evaluate your script with all of this in mind, looking at plot structure, character development, dialogue flow, pacing, and how well your themes come through. You’ll get feedback that addresses both the technical craft elements and the story itself – whether your characters feel real, where your dialogue works (and where it doesn’t), and how effectively you’re telling your story within the constraints and opportunities of the screenplay format.
